    Hmm... yeah, that's pretty much how we name them. Cursed my sometimes bad english!:oops:

    Carnival here in Croatia is a pretty old custom. It dates from early medieval where people wore masks in rituals that would chase away the winter and call the spring. That is why 'our Halloween' in February/March. It is also connected to dome Christian holiday.
    November 1st is called Svi sveti = All sacred and it is a holiday out of respect for the dead.
