Nah, I just work out . For those of you who have seen pictures of me, I am in no need of dieting. If anything I'd need to gain on the weight not loose it!
A combo' of my type of work, (Landscape gardener) and weights + swimming. Now I'm of to get some shut eye!
Neither. I (usually) eat (relatively) healthy, but that's my normal diet. I eat what I want to eat. And I don't work out. I play with and run with my dog, I walk a lot, I swing my swords around for fun, and in the summer I swim for fun. So I get exercise without putting time into working out. Because when I've tried to work out for the sake of working out, I get bored REAL fast.
I play a lot of sports just for the heck of it but i never go and say "I want to work out today"
I only work out.) I'd love to say that I was a healthy eater, too, but the Pizza Hut box sitting in my fridge would probably give me away.
I've almost always had a pretty healthy diet, so I wouldn't consider it "dieting" in the context of this poll, and I work-out nearly every day for a hour.
I used to be kind of chubby when i was like 9 or 10, so i kind of went on a diet then and lost like 17 pounds. Then at about 12 or 13 i got kind of interested in working out and i've been in good shape since, so i mostly just work out. Theres no need for me to diet anymore.

I don't diet. My mom makes me eat healthy food, though. I love to work out. I ran track in high school, and I'm going to try out in college (we'll see how that goes!), so I work out a lot. Weight lifting, track workouts...it's all good. I love my muscles...as pathetic as they are.
I am trying to loose some weight, Nothing to unrealistic, I have been making a concious effort to eat better and drink more water.
Not too long ago my Mom was diagnosed with type 2 Diebetes, while she is not insulin dependent, my dad has heart problems due to high cholesterol, so I don't want to end up like them.
Neither. I don't just sit around all day though. I live on a farm. That is a work out in itself.
I just work out, however I do look out for what I'm eating, just to eat healthy.
I do neither, why would I need to do that?
I am almsot 21, never have dieted or worked out. I am definitely not stick skinny, but i am reasonably happy with my body at the current moment. I'd rather be more normal sized and eating adn doing whatever i want then dieting and wasting my time exercising to lose 10 lbs.
I don't do either and it shows.
I need to do at least a little of both.
I don't work out for the sake of working out, but I play soccer on two teams, and for that, you have to be in pretty good shape. So yes, I work out, but in order to stay in shape for soccer.
Diet - no
Work out - yes.
When I am buying my own food I buy all healthy stuff..
When I have a not-so-hectic schedule I do workout videos by "Bodies in motion with Gilad" and lift weights
I guess it shows since I've got a quote from Gilad in my sig.
for me the whole weight issue is an ongoing struggle.
I think It will be easier when I don't have a job where I am treated like a souless workhorse (U.S. Marines) and can control what foods are available to me.

I do both. Since last Christmas, I have been working out regularly. I used to stop and start all the time, now I have a constant routine. And living with my parents again, they have a large swimming pool, so that helps. I have also watched my diet, and have lost 15 kilos since last Christmas (33 pounds).
I work out on occasion.I don't diet though.
This summer I lifted everyday for football, but I dont diet I like to gain weight in muscle not loose it.
No, but Lord knows... I need to.
I love exercize vids, especially Yoga Booty Ballet, where I sweat and have lots of fun, and Taebo. I also eat 1/2 of whatever amount my husband eats.
Just work out. I need to diet better though.
