Neither - partially because I play basketball and also because making films puts you in great shape. ;)

Nah, I just work out.For those of you who have seen pictures of me, I am in no need of dieting. If anything I'd need to gain on the weight not loose it!

Same here. I just work out. And I am burning the little fat I have into muscle.

I go to the gym 3 times in a week, sometimes 4 but still I feel like I shouldn't eat so much...I wanna loose weight and I've been on many diets many times, then I have just stopped them. I feel that I should eat less candy and ice-cream...

Yeah I diet, and I work out (sort of). Seeing that I'm 25 Lbs from 300, I need to :p I love to lift weights though and I walk. I can't run because I end up hurting afterward, a bad kind of hurt. If anybody out there has any suggestions for workouts I would be more than happy to get them.

I try to eat healthy (I'm a vegetarian) and I exercise every now and then when I ride my bicycle. But it's not something that I'm obsessed about.

I have an insanely high metabolism. I am 5'10 1/2" and 130 lbs with shoes on. I haven't gained weight in a year, while growing an inch and a half. It's kind of disturbing because when I flex, you can see all of my bones and ligaments.

I do play a lot of sports, but only for recreation. I'm very athletic, but I don't weigh anything. People hate me for it, but I could handle weighing a little more.

I eat whenever I'm hungry, and that usually means I eat a bit from each food group each day. I lost my appetite for the junk foods I used to eat, but I occasionally eat something junky. Afterall, all work and no play makes a dull life.

As far as exercise is concerned, I recently started running, and I enjoy the warm, light-hearted feeling it gives me. As someone with major depression, it really hopes keep me sane and my heart healthy.

I do both. Being a wrestler in high school, it's important to have a lean muscles (especially in my weight class) and be agile and quick enough. I do a fair share of weights, cardio, and dieting.

Although I do both, I am better disciplined with working out than dieting because I love food.
