    I chose "not suitable for transfusion". I'm not sure if that's entirely accurate, but I am on anti-seizure medication and I'm hypoglycemic. I'd really like to donate blood but I don't know if I can because of that.

    Also, because of my hypoglycemia (and vagal response), I pass out when they draw blood samples. I don't know if my system could survive whole units.

    -i have an iron deficiency
    -i'm afraid of needles...[face_worried]
    -i'm too young
    -i don't weigh enough

    Yep, regularly, but sometimes I get ill right before I can go again, it's not up to four times a year, which would be the maximum in Germany.

    More than 3 times a year! In the US you can donate platelets every 7 days and I try
    and go as often as I am able. Packed red cells it's a few weeks in between donations so I don't do those as much.

    I've been rejected every time I tried, due to high blood pressure, low iron and flu. But I'll keep on trying. Someday I'll break them.

    I've been rejected a few times because of anemia, but I just have to eat right on the day of the donation and I can pull it off.

    What disappoints me is that there's a blood drive for the release of Stephenie Meyer's Breaking Dawn and it's 5 days before I can donate blood again.
