  1. A Message For Everyone:

TCW vs. Rebels debates are not allowed in the Television forum. As in, discussions that descend into TCW/Rebels bashing/gushing will be subject to Mod action. Contrasting the themes, story lines, characters, etc. between the shows is allowed (welcomed, even). "Versus" debates/arguments, however, are a deal-breaker.

I've seen that reaction a lot, maybe we should count this as a pre-S5 poll and then do another after S5? It'd be interesting to see how opinions change, if at all, when there's more than one Darth Maul episode out there.

The polls are fine and all but they really will not take into account folks like Gry, folks that have been turned off toward the whole show by this Maul issue.

I'd imagine the 'like' number will just keep going up because more and more dislikers are going to take their ball and go home.

For instance we had a lot more people here is Season 1 that were regulars from the Lit forum. Most of them are now gone due to a variety of issues regarding the show, while at the same time the number of people that really enjoy the show, on this forum, continues to be on the rise.

My outlook on viewing TV is to not judge just because I don't like the idea. I've done that in the past and then come around to the idea to love it as I've seen it progress so I've learnt from the past that if I dislike something I could still end up liking it. Based on my own experience in judging things it seems pointless to me to make a judgement. When I heard that they'd brought Maul back I was very dubious, I was curious how he could survive getting cut in half... but until he's had more material and been on screen for a few episodes then I will be able to start forming a judgement. I can probably guess where my vote will go though. At present the only thing this show has done wrong for me is include Jar Jar in it and have droid episodes :p

Maul is nothing but a bad joke that should've stayed dead.

With Maul surviving they're going to think it's possible for anyone that's died can be alive, Jango's next, wait and see.

He'll use a mind controlling device to turn all the clones against their Jedi generals but Sidious will stop him since he wants to be the one behind it.

The word ''brothers'' will be used alot by Jango as well when referring to his clones.

The Maul issue is just the tip of the iceberg why I avoid TCW and will continue to avoid it, because it is blatantly obvious it will never give me what I want.

TPM Maul was Palpatine's b****; TCW Maul is Savage's Sith Master and (possibly) leader of Death Watch.

And then he'll fail at everything like killing Obi-Wan, conquering the galaxy, killing Sidious, killing Dooku, destroying the Jedi, leading the Sith...

Level of pointlessness: below Jar Jar

What would you rather TCW's be focusing on right now?

I'm just wondering because if their is something more intriguing than these two beasts going at it against the CIS and jedi then by all means what is it. I can't think of anything besides some more clone stories with Fives and Captain Rex. Or a touch of general Grievous killing off some Jedi. Besides that the brothers can cause havoc on the universe all they want.

I would just show the Clone Wars or end it, as simple as that.
