I've been to one midnight showing and that was Revenge of the Sith... Awesome experience!
Only went to two, The RotS one, and The Dark Knight. Planning on going to the The Dark Knight Rises.
AOTC, ROTS, The Dark Knight and Terminator 3.
I'm not really sure why I went to that last one.
Because Arnie was still cool back then JJ, you're forgiven.
I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of midnights I've been to.
And tonight is TRON!!
I chose "no" since I've only been to one, POTC:AWE (which was actually a couple hours earlier than midnight). My parents weren't too pleased since it was the night before my exams It was jus okay - too crowded for my friends and I to sit together, and the movie was just okay (and we didn't know to stay through the credits), which kinda spoiled the experience. Now I just avoid them because I don't want to deal with the crowds
Yes and in costume So much fun!
Only for ROTS. I've never been that interested.
I would love to have the chance, however my theater isn't open past midnight.
I've never been to a midnight premier, but I'd like to for the last Harry Potter movie, but I don't think that's going to happen.
I've been to a few over the years.
In Vancouver, riots break out after dark...
Maulfly and I used to, but haven't in a very long time. I think the last time we did was for Superman Returns.
Will most likely be at the midnight show for Phantom Menace 3D, because, whether you like it or not, it's Star Wars.
I've only been able to get to one: Green Lantern earlier this year. *sigh* If only the movie had lived up to the comics.
I have, however, been to multiple movie marathons at theaters that started in the evening and went hours PAST midnight, some as late as 5 AM.
It's hard to make a lot of them because I'm both poor and can't drive, but I would like to go to more.
I answered yes. If it's a movie I really want to see then I do.
I've seen AotC, RotS, Serenity, and The Matrix: Revolutions. There might be a few more but I can't really recall. RotS and Serenity were the best time!
Nope, never had. I don't go to the theater that often. I usually watch movies on DVD or streaming.
No. I did consider it for AOTC but my husband wanted to see it with me and he didn't want to go at midnight. Definitely didn't for ROTS; I was still in the hospital after having my first son.
But, when I was in college, the little campus theater ran a Star Wars marathon starting at 9 p.m. This was 1991 so it was the O-OT. We did go to that one, and watched Star Wars on the big screen from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. It was awesome.
