Do you have a pet named after a SW character?

Do you have a pet named after an SW charcter? Tell its name and tell what kind of animal it is. Maybe give a pic.

 

Just to start this off...

I don't have a pet, but I want to get a brussels griffon dog and name it chewie. Check it...

I had a fish named Han, and another named Leia. Han knocked her up and then they ate all the babies. I gave them to my sister and she named them after stupid Lord of the Rings characters.

 

Hehe. That's a great name for the dog, I can certainly see the resemblance. I don't have any pets though, but I'd love a dog . . .

I strangely never had the idea to name a pet after a sw characer.
My parents have a cat and my brother and I decided on the name and ended up with "Monty". Even though my brother is even a bigger fan than me

Heh, cute. The last pets I had were dogs called Basil & Sybil. I hope someone catches the reference . . .

 

Did the one called Basil over react alot?

I once had a dog called Flash after Flash Gordon and three cats, Mogwai, Gizmo and Stripe.
Also a cat called Orko (from He-man).

But I am yet to have a pet named after a star wars character.

 

My baby is named after an old criminal (Bonnie from Bonnie and Clyde), other animals are named after a hockey player (Chase), the box he was found in (Mic, for a Mad Catz box), and something my sister made up (Blaze). No Star Wars names though. Maybe the new litter of kittens that should be arriving any day now can all be Solos or Jedis.

 

I have a cat...but he isn't named after a sw character...

but I've had my cat before I knew about SW...

I have tons of photos.. but am totally not adept at figuring out how to post them here.. anyways.. always we have cats.. currently I have a cat named Shaak Ti.. we just normally call her Shaak for short.. in the past we have had numerous star wars names for our cats.. jedi, padme, anakin, leia, ani, amidala, han ect.. just to name a few.. unfortunately most of those cats were outdoor cats.. and they did not live long. Shaak is an indoor only little lady.. she is a tough cookie and bosses the other cats around.. that were named by my fiance .. such as they do not have star wars names.

 

I currently have three cats named for SW characters. There is Luke and Leia, brother and sister, and Sidious, a small black kitten.

some guy came over to our house one day and heard our cats names Shaak, Shadow, and Tiger and thought we were sports buffs.. ugh!! not that there is anything wrong with that..

 

Heh. I was thinking that people could easily mistake Shaak for Shaq.

 

I wanted to call our cat Falynn (a pilot in the X-wing books) but my brother decided to call her Sigur instead. Now everyone asks why she has such a weird name...

 

I have 6 new additions to the household as of yesterday, they may either get temporary SW or Thanksgiving names.

 

I also want to get a little bichon frise dag and name him wampa lol


they look more like them when their fur isnt styled.

 

ooohhh temp names.. gobble gobble, giblet, liverwurst, food names are so fun to come up with for pets. I had a cat named pastrami once.. and marmalade. my neo pet is in fact called saucymarmalade..

 

My mum has a Yorkshire terrier named Chewbacca.
