Ok, so I've got this American English - English English dictionary I've been going through. Thought I'd test ya'll, see if it's for real or a crock of bull. Ready?

    Define:

    all beer and skittles
    bowser
    Chatham House Rules
    divvy

    That's all for now.

    all beer and skittles
    wha?

    bowser
A bowser is generally a wheeled tank for carrying liquids

    Chatham House Rules
    wha?

    divvy
to 'divvy' up... to spread out, hand out, give...
    OR
a stupid person or fool..."a total div'"

And yet that's not the definition the book gives.

    Divvy: foolish, idiotic

    Sausage and mashed potatoes

    the police?

Book doesn't say anything about the last but I'd imagine alcohol is involved.

    Oh Poods, those are easy!

    Trousers are our pants
    Pants are our underwear
    Trainers...ugh! NOOOO! Tennis Shoes!
Car bonnet...wussy way of saying car hood.

They are hard boiled eggs with some sort of meat round them then covered in breadcrumbs.

The meat is actually sausagemeat, so intestines included is probably quite likely...and hooves...and tits and arseholes...
