    Yes!

    It goes down like this:

1: You say "Look over there!"
2: You swap their queen with yours while they're not looking
3: They look back and you say "Checkmate!"
4: They punch you out [face_beatup]

    ...right?

Unfortunately, that still wouldn't put you in checkmate. :p

I'm sure that if you were to read the last page you will see that it is not useless. :p

I didn't know until i looked at the animation on that site. I haven't been beaten that way, and I hope I never fall for that.

I've never used it, but I am familiar with it. It brought out some colorful language the first time it was used on me.

Yes. And i enjoyed punking people out with it. :) [face_mischief] :p You gotta be careful though, otherwise it cold painfully backfire.

I know it but I've never attempted it or had it attempted against me. Then again, I don't play much anymore. A shame, because I've got a beautiful chess set right here by my fireplace.

Yep. As mentioned it only works on new players however.

When I used to play chess I'd use it against a person I had never played against. If they knew how to defend it then I knew I was going to play at least a decent game. You have to have a backup plan though just in case

Does it count as a 'yes' if I've forgotten it?

Does "when drunk" count? Cause then it'd be a yes...

One move? I wasn't aware there was such a thing. I know the two move checkmate though. But it can only work if you don't go first.
