"What is Vegemite, and how can I obtain some?"

I have never seen Vegemite in a grocery store in Minnesota, and I have no clue what it is made out of. It looks like some sort of jam though.

I might've tasted it, but I don't remember, so I chose the last option.

I love Vegemite. For those wondering, it's an Australian invention. Here's the Wikipedia entry.

It's an aquired taste, and I kinda like it, but I wouldn't eat gobs of it.

What is this Vegemite of which you speak? [face_thinking]

I read the Wikipedia entry and I'd be willing to taste it, but it doesn't sound like something I'd be fond of.

Where's the option that says "I know what Vegemite is and/or heard of it", but have never had the oppurtunity to try it.

If Vegemite is anything like its British cousin Marmite then "NO, it's horrible!!".

Nope. Vegemite is way superior to Marmite. (I should know. I'm British-Australian and have been repeatedly exposed to both :p )

^^ I didn't know that. I just assumed it tasted as bad as the other.

    Yes, but not too much

I love it on toast. Followed by a glass of cold milk.

    Great, now I'm hungry.

My cousins from Sydney brought some to NY once and I thought it was pretty good. They told me it was made from beer yeast or something like that. Last year, while honeymooning in England I tried Marmite and wasn't impressed
