Yeah, I own one...

A navy blue Nokia 3310. I need a cellphone coz I study and work full time and well...transport, contacts all those need to be managed.

It is a neccessity...for me anyways.

i own a cell phone because it was cheaper than a land line and i get more use out of it. I dont call much but I dont miss calls either. Verizon is just too expensive any other way. I know alot of people that have gotten rid of their landline becuase of the cost, Plus, I am a Ford employee and get a great deal thru sprint.

I have a Sony Ericsson T68i, guess how much I got it for? FREE! Yeah I won it . It has a colour screen, email, internet (WAP), games. I can even buy a camera or MP3 Player add-on but I don't have the money .

I have a cell phone.

 

I don't own one, and I don't talk on the phone enough to justify buying one.

 

I own two. And both have accounts with different companies (one verizon and one t-mobile). One phone is one of those nasty Kyoceras and the other is that spiffy motorola camera phone with the color screen and games and internet and so on. So yeah, two phones. That makes me some sort of horrible person I think. I'm waiting to grow scales and horns over this useless waste of money.

 

Yes. Not to sound vain, self absorbed, or nuts, but I can't live without mine. Well I could... but it was be inconvient. I got a cell phone last Christmas and thought I was never going to use it but now I use it all the time. It makes to easy when I'm shopping and I can call my mom or something and make sure i got exactly what she needed.

It also helped me TONS when my car broke down and I was able to call home and have someone pick me up. And I was in a place where most don't get signals. It makes life easier.

They can be REALLY annoying though...

Yes, unfortunately. I got one for my birthday from my mom, who - after I had my car accident in January - is all about me having a way to call someone in case of an accident. I hate cell phones. But she's paying for it, so that's alright.
