SNG Do You Think the AOTC IMAX Version Will Come to Singapore?

I'm sure almost everyone here reads TF.N, and it was recently stated there that Fox Studios are preparing to distribute AOTC IMAX versions to IMAX theatres.

No news for Singapore as usual, but always open up for speculation

 

No... will not!

 

I sure hope sooooo... hoping that Lucas does fancy Singapore having the No.1 charity show at Beach rd, No.2 having the locals compile a fan footage to be sent back to Amercia, No.3 having the screening of TPM before AOTC (usually not the case for a movie that was shown on the big screen only 3yrs ago for ch.5). No.4 We are the only OFFICAL fan force in Asia right Nod?

I hope we can watch it on the ONIMAX theatre thought, would be quite a sight for sore eyes.

 

Yeah I can imagine that big screen! There was once in Omnimax theatre where I saw an ad which showed a few glimpses of the Star Destroyer chasing Tantive IV in ANH.

We could have it. Beauty & The Best Special Edition was shown successfully at Onimax Theater so they should do so too for AOTC.

Unless they bring here the Magic Of The Myths Exhibition end of this year.

Unfortunately, yes.

But I think the best time to bring in AOTC IMAX version will be this September holiday. More holidaying kids=more parents will bring their kids to see it!

 

No No september is not a good week, gotta have prelims after one week break. Best is late September or early October.

I would have loved to have been there on the Saturday night when they showed all 5 movies at one go - whoohoo!!

Well, IMAX shows usually show for at least 3 months, so no problem on when it opens..

 

Okay... checked with Omni-Max liao...

THEY ARE NEGOTIATING WITH FOX TO BRING IN EPISODE 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND THIS IS TO COINCIDE WITH THEIR UPGRADE OF OMNI-MAX THEATRE AND REOPENING ON 30 SEP 2002!
