Do you vote or post first when replying to polls on the JC?

I would add an "I don't vote in polls" option, but I actually want to know the answer to this.

I need to write out the reason before actually locking in my choice. And now it's a habit to hit Post Reply, view my newly posted message, click on page 1 (or just scroll up like I will now), and vote immediately afterwards.

I make a descision, and then defend it later.

 

It's roughly even, but I slightly tend to post before voting.

I think there should be an option for "both" or "I don't know". I haven't ever paid attention.
