To be fair, it's a bugger for cars in that place. Easy to see how he got knocked down. Especially whilst using a mobile

I still can't believe the entire time we were watching her on Doctor Who that she was battling with cancer. What an absolute inspiration to keep working like that. No wonder the Doctor had her as a companion.

So apparently Bioshock is in the Who-verse.

His joke about O'Grady watching his new show from "behind the settee" was a clear allusion.

You know when Rose called Jack a liar in Empty Child about the psychic paper thing.

 

That was nice, particularly the praise for Christopher Eccleston. Sometimes you get the feeling that he's been overlooked, for whatever reason.

 

He's not over looked, his tenure was short.

 

And there is probably still some hard feelings for how BBC handled Eccleston's exit from Who.

 

I meant how his episodes aren't shown as often or are as acknowledged as the ones by his successors. Not on BBC America, anyway.

 

They weren't picked up on Disney XD either.

 

They've been shown on Watch here in the UK. However, the channel recently revised its schedule so Doctor Who is no longer shown on weekdays at 5PM. I have seen them run a bunch of episodes back-to-back during the day on weekends though.

 

It looks like they're going to finally explain Capaldi's appearances in Doctor Who and Torchwood:

There's heaps of stuff they can work with here. In Fires Of Pompeii, there's this weird line where the Doctor talks about San Francisco and Capaldi looks to him almost in acknowledgment of what he's saying. Also, when the Doctor saves the family, Capaldi reaches out to ten first. Not to mention that his son becomes a Doctor and an image of the TARDIS is etched into a rock.

 

Hope it is interesting and makes sense.

 

Although Night Of The Doctor establishes that the Sisterhood developed a serum that enables him to choose his physiology to which he decides to be a warrior. Yet Moffat is saying he's always had a choice in the type of person he can regenerate into. I haven't seen War Games but I always assumed regeneration was a process of aging; you just get the face you're given whether it be young, wrinkled, black, white, bald, ginger etc...

 

Didn't 9 say "It is a dodgy process. You don't know what you will end up with?"
Didn't the Time Lord's force him to change against his will? Or different Doctor?

 

Five said, upon first seeing his reflection, "That's the trouble with regeneration; you never know what you'll get."
