Carson will not be pleased.
Is he ever?
No I would watch David Tennant on Downton Abbey. I would watch David Tennant on freaking CSI NY. I would watch David Tennant anywhere. Shows, films, his back garden.
I once asked David Tennant to "hang on a moment" whilst I turned my camera on.
Even on Elementary? In a multi-ep arc?
Make that Grantham / Bates and I'm sold.
Plus, if the Dowager Countess is on the ticket Carson would have to be on her 'team'.
Yes. Because he makes everything he's in so much better.
To get this back to Doctor Who:
The Gunpowder Plot game
Details on new Eleventh Doctor publication: The Child of Time
A society that keeps bursting into song?
Is there anyone who actually has an interest in the games? Like almost all show and movie games, they look pretty bad.
.... I hate you.
But I kind of doubt he'd do it anyway. I mean, he's still friends with Moffat right?
They're totally the descendants of Prince Herbert.
Pretty sure 11 would want to stay forever.
I know I would! But then, I'm basically Eleven.
More Series 7 Part 2 casting and monster news (obviously, spoilers)
W00t, Warwick Davis!
Those rumors of the Neil Gaiman episode featuring the Mondas Cybermen are becoming all the stronger with this latest reveal.
To be honest, the Cybermen don't usually do a lot for me. I always find them the least interesting classic Who enemy. Now I know Gaiman is writing them, however, I'm very excited.
And yeah, Warwick Davis, w00t!
Yeah, I'm not particularly fond of Cybermen myself - especially the NuWho ones who under RTD were pretty much a variation on the Daleks, only in silver instead of bronze. However, Gaiman as the writer gives me high hopes.
I agree with you on the RTD-era Cybermen from a writing stand point. But golly do I love their nu-who redesign. Some people detest it, but I think they look rather imposing. I even like the metallic thuds when they stomp around. The nu-who Cybermen actually seem like men made from solid metal.
Yeah, the design is great and the sound effects are really impressive. They just need a good tale. I almost wonder if their underwhelming NuWho treatment is the reason Gaiman took them on. A challenge!
EDIT: Looks like I'm slow on the uptake. That's what I get for taking a two day break from the internet!
If he takes the Doctor (and us) to Mondas, I will love him forever.
Well, I already do, but that's beside the point.
Aaand this thread has become useless to me once again
Colin Baker's going to be on the UK version of I'm a Celebrity, Get me Outta Here!
You bring it on yourself!
Anybody post this yet?
I haven't even seen that yet! Gimmie!
First thought of that look: What a delish set - up for the (as yet unknown) regeneration into Nine.
Edit: Also, I'll just leave this here. See if you recognize the voice in this vid:
