Hey, a question for you guys: Which of the 11 Doctors do you most identify with?

Hard for me to answer that from the field of all Eleven because by and large I've really only seen full eps of 4, 9, 10, and 11. But out of those four I would guess I identify thus far with equal parts 9 and 10.

For me it's a cross between Pertwee and Eccleston. In fact, if you were to combine the debonaire qualities of Pertwee with some of Eccleston's more mercurial moments, we'd have the ultimate Doctor.

I mean which Doctor do you consider yourself most similar to?

Actually i'd have to answer the same, 3 and 9 plus with a little bit of 10.

I don't get this. Voyage of the Damned was in the future, and The Next Doctor was in the past. And Christmas Carol was set in the future.

2005: The Christmas Invasion - present day, Earth & Earth's orbit
2006: The Runaway Bride - present day, Earth
2007: Voyage of the Damned - present day, Earth & Earth's orbit
2008: The Next Doctor - past, Earth
2009: The End of Time - present day, Earth

2010: The Christmas Carol - future, alien planet (but with a Victorian look)
2011: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe - past, Earth + future, alien planet
2012: The Snowmen - past, Earth

So yeah, RTD's Christmas Specials tended to take place on present day Earth (with the sole exception of The Next Doctor).

I'm still calling Voyage to be a stretch. The setting is an alien spaceship with Alien technology. It's not a present day Earth story.

It's still 3.5 Christmas Specials in present day Earth out of 5 for RTD era...

2.5 out of 4. I don't count End of Time as a Christmas special :p

Yes, but a decent chunk was in present day Earth, plus we got our first look at Wilf in that special.:D

About 5% I'd wager. A highly insignificant amount. The backdrop was the alien ship, not earth.

Snagged scans from DWM #454. Some of them are pretty big so I'll spare people's computer screens and put them behind a spoiler tag. I'm not posting the cover because that's been posted here already.

    Whoa, hang on a minute.

Are the new images of Paul McGann in anyway connected to the second half of series 7 or is this just for the Audio Dramas?

Seems like it's just for the Audio Dramas, but who knows what may or may not be planned for the 50th.

I get an issue of DWM every now and then and I have to say, that's a lot of page space for an audio drama. Not trying to suggest it must be linked to the 50th anniversary in any way, just saying that it's quite unusual for spin off material to get such hype.

    Found this at a Barnes&Noble's.

Best day ever.=P~:D I especially love how each Doctor's individual sonic screwdriver has been replicated(or as close as you can get with a microscopic piece of grey plastic). Could use the correct detail on Two and Five's trousers, but that's minor.

I need suggestions for a TARDIS/Who based Christmas tree. I've got a blue tree and a weeping angel for the top (obviously!). I've also got some baubles where you can put your own pictures in. What can I do to really make it look TARDISy?

You're never going last the entire Christmas period without blinking.
