Spoiler: photo and promo for X-Mas Special
Must. Have. Wallpaper size.
Oh God. I'm still half asleep (I only woke up like 20 minutes ago), and I opened that spoiler tag.
That snowman. THAT SNOWMAN.
I don't need this kind of shock therapy, I really don't...
That snowman would have pepped up the John Lewis Christmas ad..
There's murder in the aiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Monsters beneath the moonlit skkkkkkkkkyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
The people in their homes are sleeping as we dieee!
Epic Snowmen are epic
There are little snippets of Doctor Who in this trailer for the BBC's Christmas line up.
It wasn't canceled, the creators chose to end it in accordance with the original five-series plan.
Was that a kiss between Eleven & Clara? Uh - oh.
Looks like it, but context is everything.
EDIT: I'm more interested to note Michelle Dockery at 0:24.
[spoilers]I can already hear the shippers of other Doctor/*pick your NewWho Companion pairings* going apesith over that kiss. Like you said, context is everything, but it doesn't matter to hardcore shippers.[/spoilers]
Juliet, your spoiler tag is broken.
I just wish there was just one long-term female companion who doesn't kiss the Doctor. Whatever the context. You know, just to break the habit.
Jenna Louise Coleman interview with EW.com
Came across this while looking at the late - night listings on my cable guide. It's saying Karen Gillian's going to be on Craig Ferguson's show in about an hour, eastern time here. (12:35am). It's also saying it's a new episode.
*whimpers* Craig played as the introductory clip for Karen her last scene in the graveyard in Angels Take Manhattan.
Ahhh! I will definitely whimper at that I'll have to watch it tomorrow when the ep goes up on the website. I only wish I'd known about this a little earlier, though. Might have been able to go to the taping.
I DVR his show, (though I've fallen off the wagon of watching them) so I'll be watching that probably tonight.
So I'm on The Poison Sky* and I have a question... is that Rattagan kid supposed to be American?
* at first I typed Poisson Sky... that's more like A Christmas Carol
I'm afraid yes... (I'm beginning to think that bad fake American accents are as much part of Doctor Who as the Daleks and the TARDIS... )
I love multi-language puns...
It really was terrible. How was that dude from Dalek? I can't quite remember
Henry Van Statten. But the queen of bad American accents was surely Tallulah in "Daleks In Manhattan".
Man those Snowmen are nightmare fuel, and are horrifying to look at when you have only had 5 hours of sleep.
I can't even watch that episode. Well, I hate New York accents in general, so that could have something to do with it.
LOL at you lot having a go at "fake American accents". The guy playing Henry Van Statton is Corey Johnson - an American!
