Ugh, god no! Someone with a little screen presence would be nice. Sharon Stone is about as interesting as lard flavored ice cream. 'Ice Queen', remember? Think of the original Emma Frost from Marvel- she has to be a control freak, which Isard definitely is. She has to be H.B.I.C. in every way, and Stone hasn't the depth of a teaspoon to pull it off.

 

That's Stackpole's pick. And Stone was pretty good in Basic INstinct, but cruddy in every other role I've seen her in.

 

I realy love alot of your choices, Mastadge, but I think Clooney would make a better Face Loran than Myn Donos. To me he fits the role perfectly. You know, the handsome movie star... ?

 

Just a clarification- Mastadge isn't listing his own choices for the actors. The list he copied comes directly from Aaron Allston. It was posted on his website at one time, but I can't seem to find it now.

 

I Agree.....those are great choices by allston, especially Clooney for Donos. I think Dylan McDermott would make a better Face than Ton.

I can't see Pitt and Kilmer for Corran and Tycho. I know those are suppose to be Stackpole's choices, but I can't see them in those roles. If Kilmer were to act in an X-wing role, I'd want him doing it like he did Iceman in Top Gun. Then I could see him as Bror Jace.

 

We might see some character art for the Wraiths and Rogues in the next Gamer.
