I just... what man. What? Like, think about what you're saying here. All of it. Think about the reasons why women don't report sexual assault. Then try and apply that to a figure as previously-beloved as Cosby. THEN, wonder why you're permitting for revenge fantasies in the real world.

 

As every woman who came forward said, they believed that no one would believe them. In the 60's, rape allegations were not taken nearly as seriously as they are today. By the 70's, it was due to Cosby's notoriety and star status. By the 80's, he was an empire unto himself. It's different today because of the internet. As noted, people finally started to pay attention.

 

I think you overstate the extent to which sexual assault allegations are taken seriously today.

 

I'm just wondering why Jabba-wocky is still rocking the Cosby avatar.

 

He will separate the character of Dr Huxtable from the rapist who played him.

 

Yeah I don't know how to change avatars guys. Someone always does it for me. I'd have no problem reclaiming the War Rhino.

I don't know. Last time someone chose an icon for him they chose an apparent serial rapist. We'd be obligated to go further than that by picking a serial killer.

 

I would propose the most accurate one I can think of - Brother Mouzone.
