This is a lesson to us all that you've gotta be careful who/what you use for your avatars. That's why my next one will be someone safe and upstanding, like Stephen Collins of 7th Heaven fame.

 

The Andrea Constand case was in 2004, still within the statue of limitations. You have to wonder why the Pennsylvania authorities haven't reopened the case after all these new allegations. Obviously it would be hard to gather any evidence after all this time and Cosby's lawyers could argue that the media reports have made it impossible for him to get a fair trial, but if there's one case that can still be prosecuted that's the one.

So the Cos has asked that the media covering the story be "objective". Hmm, Bill, if you're objective and ignore the on-camera persona created by the alleged perpetrator and you see a seemingly endless parade of women lining up to tell how you assaulted them, as well, what conclusion would you draw in this "objective" world view of yours?

Given what I've seen, I do not think he should be given a pass. If he is not tried and found guilty of raping at least one of those women, he should be shunned and ignored by society.
