No. I'm not scared of death or the state of it. We are all gonna die anyways, so it's no surprise.

I am not afraid of the state of nonexistence.
I am afriad of the process of dying.
I am afraid of not being able to accomplish and experience everything I look forward to in life.
I am afraid of wasting these few fleeting moments of consciousness that we call life.
I am afraid of how my death might affect the loved ones that are still alive.
I am afraid of not having control over my own existence and consciousness.

Death scares me, not because of what that state is going to feel like, but because of what that state or condition might deprive me of.

I fear the tyrannical control of death and its unfair demands, yet it is the prospect of death that makes me feel alive.

Yes, death scares the **** out of me.
    Call me a coward, I don't care.
But after seeing my grandma suffer, all dehydrated while she was dying I've grown to fear death.
I'm more concerned about losing loved ones and how painful my death would be.
    Hopefully it won't be violent....

No, as a Christian I don't fear being dead. The process of dying, however, is a little shaky. Hopefully, Christ will return in my lifetime so I won't have to die!

No, I'm not scared of dying, and I don't fear death. It's coming eventually, though hopefully not soon. I have things that I would like to do still in my life. I do not believe in an afterlife, so that does not affect my answer.

Being dead doesn't scare me, but the process of dying terrifies me.

If there's no death, there's is no life... I think.

Don't believe in an afterlife, no problem with death, no problem with dying.

I do not fear death because I know for a fact that because I have trusted Christ as my personal Savior, I WILL go to Heaven when I die. And then I will spend eternity with my God and all the people that I love. I do fear Hell and I honestly can't even begin to imagine how all you people who don't know Christ can even fall asleep at night without knowing were you will go when you die. I truly feel sorry for you.

I am not afraid of dying or the process of dying. I know where I will be going, and I know that even if the process of dying is gruesome, that I will never experience it again. I used to be morbidly afraid of both, though.
