ST Does Luke say "it's time for the Jedi to end?"

Many people (offline/IRL) claim that Luke is the one who said that phrase about "it's time for the Jedi to end" in the teaser trailer for TLJ. The trailer shows Luke at the exit of the cave with his mouth moving to the words. But the voice uttering about the Jedi ending does not sound like Mark Hamill's "Breathe... just breathe.... Now reach out..." etc.

Yes. It's him. No doubt. This has been settled already.

 

Doesn't sound like Mark Hamill's voice at all from earlier in the trailer (i.e. "What do you see?... It's so much bigger").

 

Sounds just like him.

I checked TLJ forum thread titles around the time of the trailer release which was April 14th USA on YouTube.
Not on index of index thread, unless discussion is buried deep.
Luke's thread has speculation that the trailer's last line is a fragment (page 426) and it being misdirection (page 432). Couldn't locate discussion on whether it is Hamill/Luke saying that last line.

Has Hamill discussed in media about Luke's character saying that line it's time for the Jedi to end?

Sounds like there is doubt (from others) whether Luke's character said that last line in the trailer.

 

Mark Hamill has said it's his voice in the trailer.
