In chapter 25 of the clone wars, Mace Windu uses something that looks like a sith power when he crushes some parts of Gen.Grievous body. Does he use hidden dark side powers or is it a generic jedi power?
Can someone explain which power it is? it still looks suspiciously like a sith power, because it really hurts an enemy, not many jedi powers does that.

The obvious explanation would be that it's just a cartoon that was given a bit of lisence to have fun, so don't look too deeply into it. However I was reminded of a passage in Labyrinth of Evil which sparked my interest upon reading your post:

But he didn't know Vaapad-the technique of dark flirtation in which Mace excelled.

    Interesting.

According to the OS Databank file, Mace uses Form VII known for its aggresive nature which treaded dangerously upon dark side practices.

The power he used to damage Grievous is no different than what Shaak Ti, Rorron Corrob and Foul Moudama were trying to use against him in the corridor leading to the elevator.

Ya but they were crushing a wall. Using the force to kill a lifeform is not Jedi. Its in a grey zone because he was crushing the non-organic part of GG, so it makes sense that he is treading close to dark practices.

What you do is not as important as how or why you do it. If Mace had crushed Grievous out of anger or vengence it would have been dark, however he was attacking with a clear head and out of a want to defend the Republic and save lives. Maybe it's flirting with darkness, but he's certainly not evil because of it.

And who says he was crushing-to-kill? Perhaps he was merely hoping to permanently disable his droid body?
