Does Obi-Wan really say this in AotC?

This is how it runs.

(In the catina searching for Zam, Obi-Wan goes to the bar for a drink. A guy approaches him)
Guy: Wanna buy some death sticks?

Obi-Wan: (Waves hand) You don't want to sell me death sticks.

Guy: I don't want to sell you death sticks...

Obi-Wan: (Waves hand) You ought to go home and rethink your life.

Guy: I wanna go home and rethink my life.

Then i hear something that i can't tell if it's from the background, from Obi-Wan, or i just imagined it, but doesn't he say: "Very good"? I'm just wondering.

That was priceless...It kind of reminded me of the part in Men In Black when Will Smith flashes the farmer's wife, and gives her the whole spiel about how she's gonna get some new dresses, etc...

I don't remember hearing "very good"...I'll have to go back and watch it again.

 

I don't think he says it. It sounds like some deeper voice that is talking in the background, because it goes on to say a little more than the first part that sounds like "very good." I think it is just supposed to be random chatter from around the bar. I know what you mean though.

 

I don't think he actually said 'very good', but I he sort of nods to himself triumphantly, as if it's sort of a silent 'very good'.

 

Yes, he says all of that, I think. This to me was the most humorous scene in entire saga with the exception of some Jar-Jar scenes in Episode I.

 

He does not say "Very good".

I like that scene, almost as much as

Obi-wan:I see you got my message.

Anakin: We retransmitted it just as you requested master..........Then we decided to come and rescue you.

Obi-wan[sarcastically]:Good job!

and

Anakin:What about Padmen?

Obi-wan:She appears to be onto of things.

 

Just watched the scene, and it's not Obi-Wan, but some alien. If you notice, the alien continues to talk after the scene cuts from the bar to Anakin looking for Zam. I think it might have been an announcer for one of the races, or something.
