I noticed that everything is a technical readout or on a data pad of some sort. Even on the planets like Tatooine.

They do have paper called flimsi-plast or something akin to that. But in that day and age a lot of stuff is more technical than what we have here.

So toilet paper is out of the question, huh?

Han-"Hey we're all out of plasti-wipe. What am I gonna use now? Ewoks?"

Think of 'flimsi' as a smart paper. It would be similar to a touch bad we have now, where it's written on with a stylus and you can press into it to do various things. Flimsi comes in scraps and such, but is not truly paper--just the closest analog.

Leia-"Just use a few leaves, but mind the prickles!"

Don't they have durasheets as well?
