That sounds like a router IP, not the server IP

 

it doesn't matter if its a router or computer. typically routers have ip addressed that end in 254. but I can say you won't be connecting to that IP unless you are in this lamerson's house.

The IANA reserves certain IP ranges for private LANS:

10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255

192.168.1.102 fits nicly in this range and so you will not connect to this over TEH INTARWEB-SUPAR-HI-WAY!!!!111
