Finally!

I finally got my computer back!!!!
I had to wait almost a MONTH!

I'm gonna kill that "friend" of mine who didn't fix my computer for so long!

Let's say I am just pissed and though this is not a place to talk about it I am still doing it cause I need to live myself out somewhere and if I would have done that with my newly written chapters they would have come out very very bloody

I just want to ....that little...

Ok don't listen to me right now, I'll go and calm down and then I am going to transfer the rest of the story into computer.

 

Chapter 21
"Many leavings"


Sunrays were touching his skin. Slowly they danced up his body until they reached his closed eyes.
They tickled him, making him cover his face with his hand.
Yet the little naughty sunrays didn't give up. Cleverly they sneaked through his fingers and began tickling him again.

Finally, sleep was gone and he forced himself to open his eyes once again.
He lay on a soft mattress, his body covered with silken sheets. His hand draped over his wife's waist possessively.
As he turned his head to look at her he felt something hurt in his heart.

It was time to go.

As much as he wanted to, it was impossible to stay. Once again he was forced to leave for unknown time and leave her behind.
Oh, how he hated this!


He stood up and dressed quietly.
He had just put on his belt and was looking for his lightsaber when Padme stirred in her sleep.
She reached for him but found the place beside her empty, and her eyes fluttered open.

"Ani?"

He didn't answer. He thought his voice would crack under the heavy sorrow. Instead, he touched her eyes and murmured something, so she fell to a peaceful sleep again.
He then kissed her on lips softly, remembering their taste, for she was the one who brought humanity back to him.
She was the one he thought about every single day in war.
She was a part of his soul.
If he were to lose her, he would lose himself.

Without a word he left.

"Ouch! Stop it!"

Han lay on his belly while Leia tended his wounds.

"Oh, don't be such a baby! You need to be taken care of," Leia said and then quietly added, "as we can see you can't do it yourself!"

"I heard that! Ouch!"


Leia smiled. It was so amusing to see Han acting like a three year old child.
Leia had to admit that normally Han did act like a three year old.

"Morning! How is it Han? Hurts?" Luke yawned.

"No, I am feeling heavenly, of course it hurts!" Han nodded sarcastically.

"Don't mind him, Luke. He is a little mossy today," Leia sighed and wrapped a bandage around his left arm.


"So, Han mind if I ask you - What were you doing in the Supreme Chancellors office?" Luke leaned against the door and looked at his friend questioningly.

A small groan escaped Corellian's lips.

"You know, I remember my childhood and though it wasn't nice I do know what happened after the Clone Wars."

"You...you do? Why didn't you tell us anything?"

"A man who sits in the Chancellor's office right now reformed the Republic and made it an Empire.
Or should I say he will make. And I can bet your daddy has a big part in it," Han explained.


Luke blinked.
Had he just heard right? But of course! Han was a lot older than they were; sure he knew what had happened.

"So what you're trying to say is?"

"I am trying to say that foremost you have to keep your father away from that old snake!" Han sighed.
"Hey! After all, a scamp knows a scamp, right? If you don't believe me then find it out the hard way!"



Luke's commlink peeped.
He stepped out of the room to speak.

"I presume you had some good sleep because it is time to leave now.."

"I'll be right there. There is a lot to talk about."

"What do you mean?"

"I'll tell you later."

"Fine then, Kenobi out!"



Luke took a moment to think.
As far as he had heard, Anakin had a deep respect towards Palpatine. There was no way he would believe Luke if he was to tell him.
No, he just needed to keep an eye on him and not let that old snake mess with his mind anymore.



"I am going to leave. Obi-Wan contacted," Luke said.

"Good luck, kid! You're gonna need it!" Han smirked.

Leia ran to him and gave him a big hug.
"Don't you try to die out there, Skywalker!" she smiled and stepped back.

"I'll try not to! I'll contact you two as fast as I can, okay? May the Force be with you!" he said and was gone.

Evil cliffie! I'm so happy this is back and I can't wait to see Padmé meet Leia and Han. Please post more as soon as you can.

Luke made some deadly maneuvers in the air and took up full speed.

For Anakin it looked like a challenge, and he had never refused one.

-"Anakin! Don't even think about it! Skywalker!"

-"Sorry, Master! Don't blame me!"

"Artoo! Full speed!" Anakin commanded and went after him.

Obi-Wan slapped his forehead and groaned.

"This is going to be a long - long mission!"

Oh, I can?t wait to read the next chapter! I wonder how much Leia is going to tell Padmé, and when Anakin is going to find out the truth. I really enjoyed this chapter!

Chapter 22
"Mother and daughter"


Leia?s POV:

?Do you think it was a good idea to come here so soon? I mean, it's only a morning and the senator is probably sleeping and irritating your mother and this is something I didn?t have in mind!?

Han had insisted coming with me, though he felt like hell.
And what can I say, if that man takes something into order there is nothing that can stop him.
So here I sit, with him in the living room, waiting for a person I have always dreamed for.


?Han, you wanted to come with me, so would you please stop worrying? She is my mother after all, not yours!? I said.

Though I didn?t mean anything bad by it, I saw how Han?s face turned slightly white.


?Well, isn?t it too soon? Are you sure you can handle it??

I planted a kiss on his nose. He was so sweet when he was worrying.

?Knowing and accepting that Darth Vader is your father is far more hard to do than this. It?s good to see you care.?


Who am I kidding?
I am frightened. I am scared. I don?t know what to say to her!
What a deep mess I have fallen into!

Normal POV:

Leia finished her musings when she heard a door opening.
She grabbed Han?s hand and squeezed it so hard Han felt his knuckles make some weird noises.

Leia didn?t even notice it.


Padme Amidala truly was beautiful.

?Now I know where those genes come from,? Han whispered in her ear.

Leia smirked.


Padme stepped down the stairs that lead to her bedroom and looked at the two young people sitting on the couch.

?Good morning! What brings you here in such an early hour?? she asked and went over to them.


?See, I told you she was sleeping,? Han whispered and received a punch from Leia.


?We?re sorry if we disturbed your sleep but this is very important. I am Leia and this is Han Solo,? Leia introduced herself and Han.

?Pleasure to meet you both. Oh dear, what happened to your face?? Padme looked at Han who?s side of his face was glad in bandages.

?Oh that, a little accident that?s all,? Han smirked.


?I heard you claimed to be my relatives, yet I don't know you? And doesn?t the name Organa refer to Bail Organa?? Padme studied Leia?s face carefully.

?That is why we actually came to talk to you. It is hard to explain mot...Senator,? Leia didn?t know how much longer she could talk like a professional politition.

It was too much for her to bear.
Yet, she had to explain things carefully.
There was a high chance that she didn?t believe her at all and if Leia thought more about it, she wouldn?t believe either.


?Maybe you would like some tea before you start. I see it truly is something very important you want to say. Threepio, be so kind and bring out our guests some tea!?


Han turned his head so he could see a droid Leia?s mother called Threepio.
To his huge surprise he saw the same etiquette droid that had pained him back in future.

?Threepio! Golden Rod.. is that you?? Han couldn?t believe his eyes.

?I am sorry sir, have we met??

Han stood up and poked a finger at droid?s chest plate

?Of course we have met! You big bug,? Han knocked against Threepio as if wanting to be sure he was real.

?Miss Padme! Please tell this man to stop whatever he is trying to do,? the droid looked at its mistress while panicking.

Padme couldn?t help but laugh as did Leia.

?Han! Give poor professor a break!?

Han smirked and gave Threepio a poke against its head.

?Oh, I don?t understand humans! I?ll better go and get your tea, Miss Padme,? the droid sighed and walked away.

?Hey wait up! I?m coming with you!? Han ran after him.

?Oh dear,? the droid groaned and fastened its pace.



?Poor Threepio. After Jedi Skywalker trusted him to my hands, he seems to have dilemmas every week at least,? Padme smiled.

Leia felt a need to interrupt.

?Excuse me, did you say Jedi Skywalker? You mean Anakin Skywalker??

?How many other Skywalkers are there sup

 

That was quite a touching update! Leia didn't mention Luke yet. I wonder how Padme will react to him?

She couldn?t believe she was finally able to see and talk with her mother.

Ahhhh... she finally got her mom, definitly a better part than poor Luke having to deal with an over competitive Ani!
