NSWRPF Archive Doom: Search for the last survivor

Backstory: A squad of UAC marines were sent to mars base to answer a distress signal, but they never returned/ Security cameras showed one survivor who had been running around the base destroying any demon in his path, until he went through a hell hole. So, a squad is sent to finish what the man started by cleaning out the base and save him if possible.

2---No god moding of course

3--No Berzerk mode(many people should know what this is from the doom games)

4---If you join after the rp starts. In your bio you must include that you are a reinforcement

5---Fallow all rules of the forum

Bio: Jacob was ordered to hire a team of marines to go with him on the rescue mission. He He was supposed to go to the base with the previous squad, but he changed his mind to stay home with his wife and kids and sit it out.

Bio: Elijah was sent in with a commanding officer and other marines to search and rescue a Marine survivor of the Mars station incident

Bio: Volunteered for the Mars mission expecting not to come back.

Bio: a Quite indavidual with a steady hand and a snipers shot. not talkative unless it involves the mission at hand. wanted to go to mars to introduce these 'demons' to the barrel of his Plasma Rifle.

 

Now we can start. We will start off in the hanger like the classic game does,

Jacob:

Alright men, we all know why we are here. We must find the survivor.*opens door and peaks in* It doesnt look like there are any demons in this room. We must proceed.

 

Dante:

Dante nodded and quickly entered the room holding the Plasma Rifle up as he scaned the room for hostiles, "Affirmitive; its Clear." He took a few steps foward to alow the others to enter the room as per the Standards of UAC Marine Operations he continued to scan the area.

Jacob:

Stick together team, we dont want to end up like the last squad *Points at a dead marine*

 

Lucas:

Vermont hustled in after the others. He gave a grim nod as the unit leader pointed at the dismembered corpse of a space marine. "Ah, christ," Lucas spat as he stepped over a severed arm whose fingers had been nibbled off. Taking up a crouch near a steel pylon, he gestured that the way forwards was clear.

OOC: I will let everyone know when we exit the hanger and go inot the next room.

Jacob:

*continues down the hallway till he gets to a door* hurry it up men, Im not going to enter this room myself

 

Lucas:

Trailing after the sarge, Vermont hefted his rifle in hand and slowed as they approached a door. "We got your back. No problems there." Eyeing the shadows as if they held many lurking foes, Vermont kept his weapon level in the offchance something might suddenly spring at them.

Jacob:

*3 marine zombies come from the shadows*Open Fire men!*with one shotgun blast to the head he kills 1 zombie.

 

Lucas:

"Christ!" Vermont cried as the zombies came at them. The sarge took the first down and taking aim with his rifle, Lucas fired a bluish bolt at the second. The plasma burst exploded against the creature's chest, sending it back several feet and in several smouldering pieces. "Eat **** and die, scum."

Elijah kept quiet as he followed the other Marines, he looked around at the surroundings, scanning the rear to make sure they weren't followed, he entered the rom after the others and looked at the dismembered commrades, it made him cringe slightly but now was not the time, he checked the ammo counter on the Chaingun and looked ahead as the zombies emerged, he swung the chaingun sending one flying then mowed it down with a small burst "I think thats all of em"

Dante:

Dante remained silent, he had made no move to ingage the enimies when they appeared, there was no need, the others where closer and just as well equiped. He checked his Ammo read out on his H.U.D.: 50 rounds availible in weapon, 1000 in spare charges. Plasma roundes were had to come by, he would need to pick up some and a back pack when they came to the EnPro plant. He made a hand jester at Jacob conferming that he had the Rear and they should move foward, remaining still was a Death wish.

Jacob watched as two of the squad mates finished off the zombies. He moved catiously to the next door waiting for his team to catch up before he opened the next door.

Lucas:

He slowly paced, back facing the sarge, and scanned his fellow's rear flanks. "Slow moving but you never know when some ghoul's going to pop out." He held his rifle tightly in his fists as he kept checking corners and pillars. There was a lot of cover to check over. When the sarge came to the next door, Lucas broke from his rear and knelt down, still keeping his vigil.

As Jacob's squad got to the door he opened it. In the next room there was some sot of bridge that led them across some acidic waste, There was an im up on a ledge and 3 zombie marines. He took his pick and blasted one of them and left the imp and the other two xombies for his team.

Description: full body armor, with night vision goggles
Looks: slender body, white skin, freckles on arms(only), long dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and a little short.
Status: single, open, hard to get, doesn't really like the whole relationship thing
Bio: Jessica was an expert in the supernatural before she joined the marines. She knew how to handle with the sp and loved to investigate the sp. In High School in her junior year of high school, she started training for the marines. In her third year of College, she decided to that, she was ready for the mission to mars and knew that she probably would not come back. The hope that she might come back she would leave, but she wanted an experience she would never forget. Therefore, Jessica volunteered for the mission.


IC: Jessica

Jessica took her handgun out as she saw Jacob just shoot a zombie. Jessica aimed also and shot at one of the three. She waited for a response from Jacob to see if she should continue helping or if he could finish them off. She was used to this demon stuff. After all, she investigated the paranormal before. She cocked her gun and reloaded it. She blew her hair out of her face.

Elijah checked the next room, his commrades took down the enemys before he had even warmed his Chaingun up, Elijah moved in and took down the last enemy and moved out, he looked back to Lowery "Whats our route then sir, should we split" as much as Elijah hated that thought of seperating, it would be easier to search like that.

Jessica listened to Elijah. She also hated the idea of spliting up. She turned to Elijah.

"Do you really think it would be a good idea ? If we do split up, I don't think we should be alone. I mean, for the sake of all of us. I know there is good chance of none of us coming back from this mission alive, including me, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try." Jessica told him, she put her handgun away.

She waited for a response.
