Have already seen some people selling some on ebay.
Correction- have seen some sold on ebay!
Great to see them all together Wonderful works of art
Thanks. It was a good thing to have to draw every day. Really started having fun with the markers there towards the end.
One of them that sold-
And a box of cards at Target-
I picked up a few packs. The cards are very cool.
I've been giving away some sketch cards over on the [link=http://scoundrelpublishing.com/spart/viewtopic.php?t=18736&sid=eb8d0e4a2e4238876d7c3115ed2ed2b2]Scoundrel Art Community Forums[/link] and thought about doing it here.
For the first person to correctly post the name of the Star Wars character/actor I have flown with before I'll send you a free sketchcard (of my choosing). I'll give you a hint- the answer is on [link=http://www.linworkman.com]my website[/link] somewhere.
Ok- maybe later.
Did get to go to the Star Wars exhibit at the Space and Rocket Center this weekend in Huntsville, AL with Nicki and her mom.
It was AWESOME!

It is great to see that you had so much fun.
*can not afford great journeys overseas or SW art at present*
But I enjoy your thread each time I pop in.
Thanks. Yeah, we had a great time. Wish I could have spent a bit more time there. We had a smaller SPFX exhibit here in Memphis several years back that was a lot of fun. They had the same IMAX film and lots of props/costumes from Star Wars, Batman, Rocketeer, and more.
Not Star Wars, but didn't know if I had shared this with you all- it's a marker sketch I did in a friend's Batman villains sketchbook of [link=http://www.gothampublicworks.com]Gotham Public Works'[/link] Joker.
This is a very cool one. Like his wide grin.
Donnie is awesome, and his wife is a great Harley Quinn! If you ever hit the San Diego Comic Con keep an eye out for them- usually there on Saturday near the DC booth.
Some good news- got my sketchcard returns yesterday!
The Vader chamber one is spoken for but all others are [link=http://scoundrelpublishing.com/spart/viewtopic.php?p=354030#354030]available[/link].
Also, I got a great surprise in the mail- the 2010 Sept/Oct issue of [link=https://www.airbrushaction.com/magazines/september-october-2010.html]Airbrush Action Magazine[/link]!
I?ve been reading the magazine for years now and have had a few of my paintings and tees featured in their Reader Gallery before.
But I?ve never been THE Reader Gallery- much less have it be a two page spread!
More info about this issue on my site- [link=http://www.linworkman.com]http://www.linworkman.com[/link].
Loved this and it reminds me of a friend of mine who is doing all kinds of stuff.
I recently did a couple personal sketch card commissions for the Scoundrel Art boards-
Scene from Robot Chicken on a widescreen card.
A couple Domo monsters in the Empire Strikes Back's Bespin/carbonite scene on a normal card.
Both done in markers.
Going to be working on the upcoming Galaxy 6 card set for Topps- waiting on blank cards now. I'll post some as I get them done and approved.
Just got my set of sketch cards to do for Topps. I'll be doing 100 + 6 artist returns.
Few pics from the Orpheum charity auction this past Saturday-
Orpheum Theater- downtown Memphis, TN
Nicki and me with the Shrek crew as we enter the theater.
Silent auction crowd.
Nicki and me with my painting I donated.
My Vincent painting in the silent auction.

Ok- I'm one of the artists chosen for the next Star Wars Galaxy 6 set. Doing 106 sketchcards again. They should hit stores after the first of the year.
Here are my first 6 that have been approved for this set so far.
Back to the drawing board...literally!
Haven't done any puzzle cards yet, but did do the cantina band alike.
They can be collected together as a band or be fine solo.
Got some more approved this morning.
real nice cards and details on them.
Thanks, trying to do my best on them. Want folks to be happy to find one in the card packs- don't want them to think, "Dang it- I pulled a Workman!"
More approved cards to share...
Still having a love/hate relationship with the cardstock. Love the no watermark background, but hate that it doesn't take markers easily. It can create some cool background and texture effects, though.
It has been fun drawing cantina creatures and other aliens!
You do all of this with markers?
Yep- mostly Copics, some Prismacolors.
Got more for you to check out-
Couple more vehicles.
Some more cartoon headshots. Working on a few more in this style today. They've been fun.
Nice to see the layers being added
I've had a lot of folks ask me how I do them- now they know.
Saw a familiar face in the recent Topps Galaxy 6 promo art-
my Anakin sketchcard!
