Well, there goes my top three in the exact order I wanted them. I was totally sure Bret would fall down to my spot, too. Ah well.

I'm so tempted to pick someone with that spot that I know is worthy of it, but I'm gonna gamble and predict that they'll probably still be there for me next round. In the meantime, gotta go with the Nature Boy. Ric Flair, thanks.

Oh, thank you so much. The chances of Hulk falling down to my second pick seemed really remote, but still, just the mere possibility that he might have and that I would maybe be forced into actually picking him was terrifying. Never could stand him in the slightest. Face, heel, it didn't matter. The day Hulk Hogan is on any team of mine would be a sad day indeed.

Ah, well, you stole my first pick. Then again, I always was a little Hulkamaniac, so the chances of me not picking him were always remote. I admit, though, I'm a little surprised he was there.

Is the judging taken into account the character being played, ie..a person who is known to win a lot of matches, but doesn't necessarily have tons of skill, say like Hogan.

Uh... Well let's put it this way, Hogan was on the top 3 of my board.

I think there are certain instances where people were obviously jobbing, or fights took place when one fighter was not in top form, and things like that to be considered. So, a fight between someone like Andre and Hogan has more factors than "last time they fought Hogan won". But if someone has a record of winning big matches, then that is obviously going to come into consideration as well as how skilled someone is.

I don't really think anyone would consider that Andre's peak... At all... But I love me some Hogan. Both great picks, imo.

That is definately not Andre's peak, in fact it is well into his downward spiral IMO. Not that he was ever that bad, but in his match against Hogan he was old and had a chronic back pain (IIRC).....thus the reason for it being his last match.

Hogan isn't all that bad, not a very skilled wrestler...but still one of the greats.

How can you like that phony*, Yak? Even back in old days, while in his so-called prime, Hogan only ever really wrestled a couple dozen times a year (if that, even), and almost never defended his title. People sometimes act like this is a more recent development, as though it's something that only started happening towards the end of his tenure in the WWF and into WCW, but it's not. He was always like that. He's the biggest primadonna in the history of wrestling. My God, I think I even noticed it when I first started watching wrestling when I like 5 years old. I mean, I recall just never liking him one bit even back then, and it was when he was supposed to be a good guy. And while I certainly couldn't have told you back then why I didn't like him, I think I know now. I think I must've somehow sniffed him out, that I somehow noticed the... aura of phoniness that he puts out.

Compare that to Flair#, though. Back in Flair's prime, the man wrestled somewhere in the vicinity of 300 times a year, constantly definiding his titles. The man actually worked to get where he did.

I'm sorry, but I just can't fathom how people actually appreciate Hulk Hogan. He was arrogant, lazy and he can thank marketing for his success a whole lot more than his talent. Never liked him. Yeeeuck.

    * Yes, I'm aware of the irony in me labeling someone in professional wrestling a phony.

    # Plenty of other wrestlers I could've used as an example of that, but since Flair's on my team, I figured I might as well use him. :p

QFT!! Hogan disgusts me. He was never good and now whenever he shows up and wants the guys to job to him just because he's Hulk Hogan it makes me mad. HBK should not have agreed to wrestle him at all. Hogan is pure **** and in nowhere near the same league as HBK.
