dragonball

im thinking about doing a dragonball spoof. it probally wont be long. does any one have any tutoriols on how to speed up the arms when punching like in the matrix.
(by the way i have photoshop 6.0 to work with) i could put a motion blur on it but it woudnt look fast.any ideas

 

Speed up the footage and motionblur it.
