yeah I made it with clay but i used silver clay instead of white and I am having trouble matching the color. I have tried paint and nail polish...

 

OK, I just signed up to work the table from 12-1pm on Sunday. I might also volunteer at some point Saturday evening... So go sign up if ya want to, people.

good news. my ceremonial gown is just about done!

 

omg ITS ALMOST TIME! I got a pirate costume a cute aneme type costume and two Jedi blue and black. By the way my pirate costume is Natasha Cen my RPG character to the tee!
I still am not sure where we should meet not knowing anything about the place but 8ish sounds good. Remember Liz and I are leaving on wednesday so we need to figure out how to connect. Probably in one of the lobbies would be a good idea. I am going to try to get a phone if I do I will leave the number for you.

 

I will make an Event Coordinator decision:

We can meet up in the Hyatt bar (can't miss it, in the lobby level and you don't have to be 21 to get in) on Thursday Night at 9:00 pm. That should accomodate late arrivals. I'll be there around 1:30 in the afternoon myself. Atlanta, not the bar.

I've been so swamped I haven't even thought about the table - I'll sign up once I see the schedule of events.

Say, Sharon, when are you leaving on Wednesday? If I can mooch off your cargo space, I'd love to drop off some costume boots which take up half a suitcase. (I know this because that's how they moved from the apartment to the townhouse)....

I am meeting Liz at her house around 4pm and we are leaving a lttle bit after that. You are certainly welcome to use some of my cargo space just tell me how we can connect.
I do know that heather and val are meeting me at that time at Lizs to drop there stuff off so if you can get them to one of them they could bring them to the car as well.

The Bar at 9 PM will be perfect! see you then.

 

Yipee!! I'll send Ken to meet you, or something. I'm kind of woozy (pass the nyquil please), but I'll see what he wants to do when he gets back from bringing more odds and ends back from the apartment.
