I did post a huge tirade in the D8C livejournal and I got that Matthew Wood, the actor who played General Motti and Peter Mayhew are coming too.

Looking at the guest list today they added three Farscape people, though not my beloved Ben Browder yet. LOL! I am holding out hope. LOL!

I don't normally carry my cell phone with me but I will have it at DragonCon. If anybody wants the number so we can meet up down there just drop me a note and I'll send you the number.

On a side note, how many people are going to be dressing up down there? And if you are, what are you bringing?

Hey Tony, yes we will be dressing up. I am bringing my Jedi outfit and my cermonial Leia. If you have any interest in helping escort some of the Star Wars guest, please PM. I am in charge of scheduling folks from all the different groups. You must have a costume. Leash, Christina and myself are all doing escort duty, its a lot of fun and a great way to get to meet the Star Wars guest.

 

Yay, Tony is alive!! PM coming your way. We have been talking about having dinner or something... I will have my Jedi robes and ANH Leia. Oh and Laura forgot to mention the Pirate costumes we three are doing.

I won't be able to get together, saying I'm busy the rest of this month is an understatement!!!

Of course I'll be bringing my TB armor. In addition, I'm bringing several Battlestar Galactica outfits (much more comfortable.)

Brandon's bringing his Grand Admiral, Mando, Dark Jedi, Sith, and Jayne. I've got my Visas, Mando, Jedi, Kaylee, and Sith lady. I know I said I would have the Biker done for DCon, but my parts supplier hasn't shipped my stuff yet. When I asked if I would have it in time for DCon, he replied, "I'll try," which usually means "NO" in seller-speak. Oh well!

Hey Susan... you need to get Brandon on The Dark Empire site with you as his Dark Jedi and Sith (obviously) costume is acceptable within the group...

 

Yeah, he's on the DE--not sure if he's posted an introduction yet. We're still working on finishing up his Darth Baal.

 

So they finally added Ray Park. Yay! They have also added few others I was happy to see, Adam Baldwin, Claudia Black and Ellen Muth (Dead like me, new favorite show of mine). I am glad they are adding more guests. Yay!

 

17 days...... aaaahhhahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to sand and then paint my headpiece, glue on the silver thingies on the headpiece, make the jewel piece, paint the belt/sash piece, hem my robe, sew on the hood, make the scarf piece and the belt buckle piece too. Ugh! That is not counting the corset for my pirate costume.

It all has to wait though, because one of the craft shows I am doing is this weekend. Ugh!!!!

You should all stop by it is free, it's in the evening and there will be a dj and cocktails. PM me if you are interested in going as I am not sure I can post the link here.
