Dream Game

For a Star Wars game I would like whiteeagle's padawan to master idea. You could level up similarly to Elder Scrolls, which focuses on your skills than kills.(pun intended) You must train often with a saber to be good, you can master any of the seven forms, heck you can even be Yoda's species! There would be almost all the species featured in the movies to choose from.(Gungan Jedi!!!) I would like the fighting engine to be similar to the Episode III game. You can explore Coruscant, fly vehicles and stuff. It would take a realistic approach where rest and food is important.

Like Elder Scrolls, you can also do a variety of things, from designing machinery, building your own droids, weapons, and heck, they should include a simple 3d program to design your own saber hilts. Training rooms and librabries abound in the temple to do research and train with some fellow Jedi or droid. The Force would require a new engine where Half-life 2 physic come into play. YOu could also go on missions that the Council sends you on, where you can visit other planets(but they are not so free-roaming). This will be the quest factor. Perform exceptionally well, and they will reward you by promoting your rank. (But first you must past your padawan trials) Also, you can interact with NPCs who have good AI and can form friendships with them.

There would be some sort of time limit which you can set, where once the timer ends, the Purge of the Jedi begins. You could alter the universe by defeating Anakin and his Emperor by yourself(last boss) as he arrives at the temple. If you win, the Republic will be at peace and you can continue with your adventures.

 

A JO/JA styled game taking place during the Clone Wars.

 

A RPG that takes place after RoTJ where you play Luke a you travel from planet to planet in search of Force sensitive being, recruiting them, and training them. Also while trying to revive the Jedi Order.

 

I think that it would be a game expanded on the dueling of ROTS. With many more characters. You could do it like a RPG where in a single player mode you had to complete different challenges and things of that nature to become a better jedi and improve on your skills. The worlds could be set up very much like Mortal Kombateception, except on planets such as Tatooine, Hoth, Naboo, etc. Time period could be leading up to ROTS and during it.

Probably a crazy idea to accomplish, but its always nice to dream isn't it.

 

Have RPG and non RPG servers, but have PvE and PvP be a player choice on the server.
