Droid in Ep. 1 not on wookiepedia or anywhere else?

So right when the Battle droids defeat the gungans and before they're deactivated, there's a shot where you can see a pile of destroyed droids in the background, being rounded up and perhaps attended to by little silver and maybe hovering droids. I have never seen these as part of any Droid army after, and after much searching have found no evidence of their existence besides the film itself. I ask because i find the idea of a medical droid for droids interesting, and fitting for The Clone Wars series, or a videogame, or anything really. And because everything in star wars is named. EVERYTHING.

 

You can also see them walking in the TF ship corridor when the jedi are on the ship in the beginning. They are droid janitors basically.

That's them. They make a kinda squishy sound when they walk if I remember right.
