Droid in the sandcrawler and its strange language

There's a droid in the sandcrawler in ANH. It's the same as the Death star droid RA-7 right before we see GonK.

What language is it speaking? it goes "Chiko bel tazara ...something

 

I don't know and don't know where to look it up, but on a wild guess, I'd say Bocce. *shrugs*

 

I always hoped that i could hear bocce. Perhaps it isn't speaking anything, just grunting in a driod like fasion.

 

With over 6 million forms of communication confirmed in the galaxy, with probably millions more out there that 3PO doesn't know, I fear the answer to this question will never be found...

It's not a Death Star droid. The name escapes me at the moment. Decipher should have a card though. I always thought that his voice sounded cool.

 

I think it's called a Data Droid.
