    Of course they will...George Lucas stated once that the Droids are the only characters to be in the entire saga Ep1 thru 9 .

    Vegas makes bets on anything and everything and they wouldn't take that bet because that's how sure it is that they will be in the movies. Of all the things we fans speculate about this is the only thing we know for certain (storywise.)
