I think it's a reference to how I watch terrible movies a lot. Which is true

Stop speeding down my goddam street when
1) we have signs telling you that IT's NOT ALLOWED
2) we have small children and pets that play in the street - unlike a lot of neighborhoods our kids actually play outside!!!
