DSF Meeting May 11 at 7pm Toys R Us Rivers Ave

Hello all,
Toys R Us at Rivers Ave has generously offered us space to meet and will be providing goodies for us to eat. All we have to do is buy our drinks (which they have available at the store)

The meeting will be on Wednesday, May 11th at 7pm at Toys R Us on Rivers Ave. Don't worry about being a little late, I'm sure most of us will be there for awhile.

Our club is open to collectors , gamers and general Star Wars fans of all ages so come on out.

Hi all,
Thanks to all who came to the meeting tonight. It was alot of fun
meeting you all in person. Thank you very much to Toys R Us for
hosting the meeting for us and Troy for donating some really cool door
prizes!

We'll try and set up another "official" meeting sometime in June,
perhaps a gaming or costuming event, or who knows? We'll also try and
plan a movie watching party at Palmetto Grand one week end. Cause ya
know we are all going more than once!

For those who missed it--Our costumers (Brian--Bill) your help is
needed as we have some people wanting to make Vader and other costumes.

We also had a reporter from the Post Courier come by so the DSF's may
be mentioned in the paper. So look for us.

Also, those who get the paper each day--check out Foxtrot They do a
Star Wars run for each movie. Very Funny.

We have groups going to the Palmetto Grand and Regal and Charlestowne
Square midnight shows. We'll have some small DSF cards to hand out to
line people to hopefully encourage new members. The larger we are, the
more variety of things we can do.

One last thing--Toys R Us will be having a charity even on June 4th
and they can use volunteers to man the "hopefully" Dunk Vader booth.
If you can help out, please let Troy know ASAP so he can sure up plans.

Some of us will be at ConCarolinas, but if your here in town and not
working, please help him out.
