Hi folks,

A reminder to all who participated in "Duels of Destiny" that we need to collect our money for NDstudios in order to make our payment for the filming, editing, and DVD burning.

Final payment for their services is due Friday, June 25, so I want to have all money on hand by Thursday, June 24.

A DVD copy will be given to everyone who has contributed. the DVD will also be used to promote the North Ridge.

Here is the list of duelists I have. In the interest of fairness, we're only expecting one payment from couples (ie. Larry & Janice count as one payment, as they'd only need one copy)


The price is $15 per person (reduced from $20) in order to cover the cost of taping.

There is also a small contribution coming from the North Ridge treasury, to cover taping for the pre-show parts of the event.

I will be collecting money starting now, until the 24th. You are welcome to bring the money to the meeting on the 19th, PayPal me*, or make arrangements to meet up with me to drop off the money to me in person.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to PM me.


*I can only accept PayPal until Monday the 21st, as it takes a few days for the money to transfer from PayPal to my bank account.

I met up with Matt last night and we started editing a few of the duels. So far everything looks pretty spectacular.

I won't be able to come to the meeting Saturday....it's my sister's wedding day. I was really looking forward to kicking butt at bowling. Oh well. We'll have to plan another bowling nite, so I can go.

With the additions of Norma, Kathleen and Peter, we're able to drop the price a bit for everyone.

So long as everybody throws in, we can make the payments $15 instead of $20.

Thanks to everyone who paid me last night. I updated the list in the first post. Those in blue are all set. Those in red still owe me, and those in purple still owe, but mentioned that they were paying me and how.

I also still need the group fund's contribution.

 

Received Dan's payment, and should receive Jess' today as well. Still need payments from two others, and from the group fund.

 

I'll contact Janice and see when she can get you the group's payment.

As an update, the video editing is officially finished. And if I do say so myself, I think we have a pretty nice video of our event.
