PT Dumbest Character

Which Prequel character is the dumbest (intelligence wise) character:
Yoda- Can't see through Palpatine's obvious plot
Obi-Wan- Still believes in Anakin
Jedi Council Members- Dumb people who sit around and listen to a dummy (prequel Yoda) and Conehead talk horrible strategy
Senate- Can't see that evil monster looking, yellow eyed Palpatine is a monster trying to take over the Galaxy.
General Grievous- Everything he does
Nute Gunray- Stupid idiothead who listens to Palpatine who will obviously betray him
Anakin- (My Previous Thread)
No Jar Jar Binks, also.

 

And Dooku is 'dumb' how?

Neither.

 

Have to go with Yoda (as he is head member) and the Jedi council as a whole.

In TPM they decide to train Anakin though its said it will bring grave danger. Do they free his mother which they know is an issue and do they give him to a wise and experienced Jedi Master who could spot the danger signs early.
The answer is no to both questions.

In Clones, They go ahead and decide to use a Clone army that they know
1) Was built in there name which they did not authorise,
2) That the planet where the clones were built was deleted from there archives,suggesting that someone did not want them to know about it.
3) That the bounty hunter who is chief suspect who tried to assassinate the woman opposed to the creation of an Army, is the clone template
4) That by the end they even have Count Dracula Dooku monologue the whole plot for them and still seem clueless.

RotS to many to name now but quite a few, put simply it's a classic example of a war run by disorganised hippies

The Senate for having the Palpatine stay long after his term expires, not to mention the emergency powers they kept handing out like candy

The Jedi for never evolving and changing

Dooku for never realizing (until the end) that he was being used like puppet

 

The list is little short and too vague for me...

 

The jedi council are dumb for letting anakin be to close to palpantine.

 

The Senate for passing a motion for Palpatine to say on as Chancellor, then assign him more executive power, then cheering at the complete desolution of democracy. These guys deserved Palpatine and Mace.

 

Non. Jar Jar was bad intellectually. He just was.

 

Yoda has always been a fool in my eyes. He did not see through any of the fog surrounding the Sith's return, and even after supposedly learning his lesson from his failure to maintain the Jedi Order, he was still wrong in telling Luke that there was absolutely no hope for Vader

 

It must have been tough for the council though. They are so worried about the possible collapse of the Republic, controlling the war on all fronts, making sure Anakin doesn't act like a child and lash out over something stupid, and on top of that try to be detectives and find out who the real Sith Lord is. It's a lot of work.
