Not really important, but kind of a cool find. Apparantly Durge has little keychain doodads, including a plush salamandar hanging from his biker keys.

In the comic books, he has some great lines.

"I haven't killed Jedi for a hundred years. And today I get to kill four. Considering the Gungens I already murdered, the hostages I'll kill later and all the Naboo that will die tomarrow, and that makes a damn good week."

    Durge is evil.

He punches clones. He p'wned Fordo. He beat the crap out of Obi-Wan. He choked San Hill. He shoved some guy's face in the lava in the comics. I mean, that's just not cool.

    Okay maybe it was.

All right, I admit... he's cool... from a certain (sadistic) point of view. And yeah he's got some pretty awesome lines.

Nice, Durge is by far my favorite bounty hunter, and favorite EU character.

Durge is one of the most under-rated and unfairly bashed characters in the GFFA. It really sucks that he suffered from Poochie-syndrome, which lead to him not being used as much as planned in the comics. When the Clone Wars multimedia campaign started it was really made out that Asajj and Durge were partners-in-crime, but after the rejection that Durge got, he disappeared for a year or so from the comics only appearing once more in Obsession so he could, y'know...die.

Hopefully he'll get a larger role in the new series :D

Man thats a seriously dark yet cool line! Totally agree, Durge is super stylish and harshly underused.

I love that moment in Clone Wars Vol 1 where he leads his black Droidi-Bikers out, takes fire from a clone on the edge of the battle, looks over his shoulder and pops 3 shots square on the clone without even slowing down, awesome. Makes me wonder if he'd have been able to take Jango himself...

And you know what that means: we need a sequel to Masters of Teras Kasi. That way we can have Durge fight Jango Fett... on the Death Star!

I hope he appears as an adversary in the new Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic comic series. That is possible since it takes place hundreds of years before the movies.

KOTOR takes place 4000 years before the films, Durge was born "2000 years before the fall of the Republic", according to the databank.

So him being in KOTOR is impossible, I'm sorry to say.

So what happened to him in the Clone Wars? Obi-wan blew him apart. Did he somehow reform? I know his official death is in the comics when Anakin blasts him into a sun. Are both these events true to his story?

He reformed. As the episode ends, you can see some of the slime starting to flow away. Also, when Obi-wan burst out of him, there were still some fairly large chunks, plenty to be able to reform. So yes, he survives the cartoon, but is killed by Anakin.
