    The CCC is a great place to be if you're a semi-noob like I was. Made some good friends from there (shameless shout-outs to Admiral Volshe and Zapdos).

    Thuro, where did you read about the twenty post limit before pming? We had that limit before the big move, but it got disabled afterwards and it shouldn't be reinstated yet. Please, let me know, because it's important for me.

    And yes, there's a thread simply for spamming up ones post count until 20. But it's locked at the moment, since there shouldn't be a limit before pming.

    Skiara, what was the reason behind putting a set limit of posts before being able to pm someone?

    Just really curious because it never made much sense to me. Sometimes I feel a pm is better suited to help a newbie vs bringing it up on the boards.....

    The reason was a system update and we couldn't change it back at that time. It shall avoid pm-spamming. So there was some sense behind it.
