If you look carefully during Episode 1, you'll see little ET's walking on board the Trade Federation ship and you can also see ET's voicing their opinion in the Senate chambers when Padme called for Chancellor Valorum's vote of "No Confidence".
In episode 2,when padme and Anikain go to Naboo, if you look in the bottom left hand corner of the screen you'll se three Millenium Falcons!
