Today is the day, my friends. Go Eagles!!!

 

It is time my friends, it is time. I got a case of Yuengling, about 200 wings on order and a lot of pizza and my brand new Dawkins jersey on, I'm ready to go.

We got the beermeister flowing, getting our party catered by a local restuarant/bar, and 20 crazy Eagles fans. Yup, we're ready baby!!!

 

Sorry, guys! At least it was close.

I'd say better luck next year, but the 'Skins are going to keep them from the Super Bowl next year!

 

That was a great game!!!

I hope the Skin's enjoyed watching the Super Bowl from their homes.

Congrats to the Eagles on their season and making it to the Superbowl.

Yeah this sucks but I wouldn't be overly suprised if its Philly and New England next year.

 

Well, it's another sad day in Philly, but next year will be our year! Just remember, we had a great season, with tons of great memories!

 

The players I'd like the Eagles to resign:

Trotter, Burgess, Westbrook(restricted), Adams, Simon, Reese

Iffy: Ritchie, Mayberry, Blake

Goodbye and thanks: Douglas, Levens, Chad Lewis, Buckhalter


I'd love to see the Eagles go after Shaun Alexander from Seattle. Other than that who knows. He could be our Corey Dillon-type back.

 

I don't think the Eagles will resign Simon though. Rayburn proved he can be a good stopper on the D-line.

Westbrook, Reese, Burgess and Trotter are the players I want to see resigned.


I also think we won't see FredEx back after this year. With Greg Lewis emerging as a legitimate deep threat, Freddie is expendable, in my opinion.

 

Well, I'm glad to hear Trotter signed a five year contract!! He took less money to stay with the Birds. Good man!!!

Well, I'm glad B-West is gonna be back. Just waiting on TO and Simon now.

 

Lucked out the other day. Now we gotta find our beloved high scoring offense of last year and we'll be all right. Just got have some semblance of a running game soon.
