What: A viewing of Star Trek: Nemesis

Where: Silvercity, West Edmonton Mall

When: Friday, December 13, 2002 for the 7:10 showing

Meet at the theater as early as we can, say around 6:00ish so we can try to get some good seats. If you plan on coming, please let us know so we can reserve some seats for you.

Well...

That was one hell of a movie!!!!

I don't know what movie the "critics" saw, but what I saw was awesome!!!

In the truest tradition of Trek, that movie had it all, action (and LOTS of it), morality, emotion, intrigue, suspense, and humor.

After a somewhat flat outing (can you say In-suck-rection) that was, by far, one of the best comeback movies I have ever seen. And finally, FINALLY

They didn't blow up the Enterprise!!! (That was getting on my nerves a bit)

And Riker and Troi finally hooked up... for good I hope

And of course, being a Star Wars fan, I couldn't help but view the similarities in the two franchises, which made this movie so much the better.

There were a few small errors and things that didn't quite make sense, but all in all, the movie did NOT fail to please!!!

If you are thinking that you might go see it, I suggest you DO go see it. You won't be dissapointed.

Was great to see Bonnie-Ann and Alex again, sorry we missed you Red_Right_Hand. It wasn't till I got to the theater that I realized that you don't know what we look like, and vice-versa. :( Oh well, we will catch you next time! :)
