Eeth Koth or Agen Kolar?

With Dave Filoni resurrecting Eeth Koth who supposedly died on Geonosis, they need to clarify who Agen Kolar is and what relationship does he have to Koth? The only reason Agen Kolar came into being is because the actor who played Eeth Koth wasn't available. Eeth Koth is not in Episode III and Agen Kolar comes out of nowhere. They need to make an episode showing Eeth Koth and Agen Kolar at the same place at the same time, to prove they are not the same person. Until then it's kind of like Peter Parker and Spider-man. You've never the two of them at the same time, so how do you know they're not the same person?
