Let's hope the same applies to Star Wars.

At this point, just hoping that the EU is somewhat recognizeable when it comes out of this. I grew up on the EU, and I've read the novels and played the games more often than I've watched the films. They're every bit as much Star Wars, to me, as the films themselves are. I grew up on the Bantam era EU. I'd really rather hate to see almost two decades of fandom and franchise support just be brushed aside like it was nothing.

 

Don't worry, guys, we've got DaalaDisney at the helm! What could possibly go wrong?

Disney has proven time an again to be far more intelligent and beneficial to franchises then Daala could ever hope to be.
