Elis Helrot

Wasn't there a ruling last month about how Elis can now target an escort and its captive? I am almost positive that Juz or someone made such a ruling, yet I can't find it in the STG.

Could someone help me out here?

 

Can't help ya, Bib. AFAIK, the previous ruling (Elis only targets YOUR cards) still stands.

 

There are a lot of people who wish juz would make that ruling , but no a captive cannot move with Elis for the reasons 4Q2 said. That has always been the rule since the capturing rules debuted in CC.

 

I know it's been the rule since CC, but I could have sworn that Juz made a ruling about a month ago that reversed it.

 

If it isn't in the GS then it will be in Ruling Purgatory--a website maintained by one of my fellow SM's. Basically all the rulings that haven't been added to the GS yet go there. It is updated very often as Juz makes rulings.

 

A great place to get questions like this answered is the SW:CCG Discussion mailing list. Juz himself regularly answers questions, so you can get the solution to your problems straight from the horses mouth.

BTW, I believe that the mailing list is the source that Screwy gets most of his information for the ruling purgatory, a site I would recommend to anyone.

I don't want to get on the Listserv mainly because it'd be too many E-mails to read through each day.

 

On the listserve, I just read the stuff that looks interesting to me, like gameplay qs and the like. Otherwise, I just delete the rest.

 

I subscribe to the digest format, so I only get 1 to 3 emails per day.
