Thank you for contacting UCI. Please accept our apologies that were unable
to book for the "Star Wars Saga".

As you know, the demand for the screening was very high, and unfortunately
the performance sold out within a few minutes of the tickets going on sale.
Agent, automated and internet bookings were being taken through-out the
period, however as there were only 1000 tickets for the event it didn't take
long for these to be cleared. In the first few minutes there were over
100,000 calls to our telephone service and, as you can understand, the vast
majority of those callers would have been unsuccessful. This is why the
card was not accepted - it was not because it was a Solo card.

Please accept our apologies that you were unable to book your seats as
expected. However please be assured that we did our best to ensure that,
considering the very small number of seats available for the event, everyone
had a fair chance of booking tickets.

Tickets were limited to 4 - however there was nothing anyone could have done
to prevent people who were quick enough from calling straight back, or
booking simultaneously on the various avenues opening to booking.

All tickets on ebay are being looked into by FOX at the moment. We are
recommending that people refrain from buying tickets from Ebay as the
tickets will infact more than likely be cancelled and admission will not be
    granted.
